1 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons garlic
1 cup onion
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons turmeric
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
4 chicken leg quarters

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Pour mixture over chicken and refrigerate for 8-12 hours (covered), turning often.

Drain chicken and bake at 400 degrees F for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
